“Yoga is something you must do to understand. It comes from the inside, slowly, taking you into its own embrace.
No teaching, idea, word, or philosophy will ever be as wholly profound as your own experience of it.”
~Mishabae
Participants of all starting points welcome.

Flow classes unite breath and body as we move through sequences of postures supported and deepened by the breath and accompanied by music. Our progression through a blend of flowing movements and longer held postures enhances mind-body awareness, mental clarity, flexibility, strength, and healthy posture.
- Gentle Flow – This slower paced flow offers many variations to postures, making the practice very accessible to beginners and those working with physical challenges. For more experienced students, gentle classes provide a mindful space to go back to one’s foundations, to feel one’s practice from the inside.
- Flow – This all-levels flow class includes continuing students as well as those newer to yoga, encouraging participants to discover their personal edge and explore new ground in pranayama (breath practice) and asana (postures).
- Building to Flow+ - This class is geared toward students who wish to build their strength, endurance, and flexibility over the course of the fall session in support of a more dynamic and heat-producing practice.
- Flow + – A more dynamically paced class, Flow+ is recommended for students with some yoga experience who are looking to stoke that internal heat!
Second Wind classes offer a refreshing and revitalizing 30 minute break in the middle of your weekday. Return to the breath, gently stretch out the body, clear the mind…tap into that second wind to carry you through the afternoon!
Free Your Hips, an all levels flow class focused on mindfully opening our hips, increases comfort and range of movement in our daily activities. Find that balance between a strong and stable foundation and openness to movement and flow. Perfect for anyone who stands, sits, walks, or runs!
Private classes: Students receive one on one contact as we explore yoga practice in connection with their individual needs and interests. Some students are drawn to private classes to address specific health issues or as preparation for participation in group classes; others come out of interest in a particular aspect of practice.
